I am Kezanae Owens, a proud Black Los Angeles native. Raised by my quadriplegic mother Keisha and my grandmother Joanne, I learned from a young age how to clean and properly maintain a household. Both my mother and grandmother adhered to strict cleaning and trained me how to organize the kitchen, bathroom and mop the floors with Pine-Sol and bleach. Not only did this make me physically strong, but it also helped me value hard work and instilled in me my lifelong work ethic. Today, cleaning is second nature to me, and you can always find me wiping down surfaces or decluttering spaces – in short, cleanliness and attention to detail make me happy.

In 2018, I founded Kezanae’s Cleaning Service LLC. Previously, I had worked for UPS, McDonald’s, and as a security guard but had always struggled financially. As soon as I started working in the cleaning industry, I realized that I had found my calling. I loved helping people by cleaning their homes and the appreciation they would give me in return. Over the years, I grew my business organically through word-of-mouth and loyal, repeat clients. I am thankful for the genuine business relationships I have built and for the opportunity to clean people’s homes. I value the trust clients place in me and always work very carefully to ensure nothing gets damaged. In the rare case that a problem occurs, I always communicate openly and with honesty.
